You will work within the IB AI & Data Centre of Excellence, collaborating with business professionals and data scientists. The team focuses on scaling and leveraging data and AI across the IB, partnering with various areas to develop innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to shape its impact within the organization. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, data science, computer science, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in AI/Analytics, analytics translation, project management, or similar roles, preferably in technology or finance
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies with practical application experience
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships and translating business objectives into technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated integrity, curiosity, dedication, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of the financial services/banking industry.
• Experience with Agile Methods and Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Teams.
