Job Summary
The CSIR Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and enhancing programs that foster the organization’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, improve community engagement, and align with the company’s mission and values. This role involves overseeing internal and external communications strategies to build trust and strengthen relationships with employees, stakeholders, and the broader community. The CSIR Manager acts as the organization’s primary representative for media relations and community events, ensuring alignment with the company’s communication and social impact objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is accountable for achieving performance goals and delivering innovative solutions within the corporate social responsibility function.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute corporate social responsibility strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals and values.
Plan and manage community engagement initiatives, including partnerships, events, and volunteer opportunities.
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and community leaders, non-profits, and media outlets.
Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all mediums.
Research, develop, and implement policies that enhance the organization’s social impact and sustainability efforts.
Manage a team of professionals to deliver on functional objectives, providing leadership and mentorship.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs and initiatives, generating reports and insights for leadership.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records of communication and community engagement activities.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing communication strategies and programs for internal and external audiences.
Demonstrated ability to act as an organizational representative to media and community stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of communication tools and platforms across multiple mediums.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience managing global communication processes and procedures.
Familiarity with modern communication technologies and trends, such as digital media and social platforms.
