Job Summary
The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a government project located at Ascension Island, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and effective management of all technical and administrative aspects. The ASM serves as the deputy to the Site Manager (SM) and acts with authority in the SM's absence, particularly during emergencies. This role requires a strong background in operational management, leadership, and program oversight. The ASM must be available on-site or remotely during emergencies and cannot hold dual roles in other positions. The position entails vendor management, client relations, staff oversight, and compliance with company and contractual standards.
