Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Solution Engineer to join our AI Centre of Excellence team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance customer and internal experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and business, deploying automation technologies—including agent-based AI—to transform how we operate at scale.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities across the payments lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, transaction processing, compliance, reconciliation).
• Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using RPA, workflow orchestration, and agent-based AI technologies.
• Develop intelligent agents that can autonomously perform tasks, interact with systems, and support decision-making in real time.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation architectures and technical specifications.
• Ensure automation solutions are secure, compliant, and integrated with core fintech platforms and APIs.
• Monitor and optimize automation performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and measurable impact.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI-driven automation, bringing innovative ideas and tools into the team.

Who you are

• A hands-on automation engineer with a strong track record of deploying automation in fintech or high-growth digital environments.
• You have 3+ years of experience with automation platforms and exposure to agent-based AI frameworks or orchestration tools.
• You understand the nuances of payments operations and how automation can drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• You’re comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Bonus: Experience with LLM-based agents, conversational AI, or intelligent document processing is highly desirable.
