Work You’ll Do/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for RPA/Cloud Infrastructure design, development and configuration of RPA/IDP/OCR tools customized to work with client’s technical landscape.
  • Role will involve working closely with cross functional teams, ensuring the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, efficient while leveraging AWS/GCP/Azure services for cloud management, deployment, and optimization.
  • Facilitate the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the deployment phase
  • Support our clients in implementing the required changes to make effective use of the automation and runbooks.
  • Responsible with the handover of the overall solution to Operations teams.
  • Provide post Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase.

The Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science, and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering will work with our clients to:

Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms.

Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions.

Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise, and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements.

Qualifications Required

  • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing intelligent automation infrastructure ecosystems both on-premises and SaaS cloud solution.
  • 3+ years of experience with configuration/integration of serverless components including Docker, ECS/EKS, ECR, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, step functions, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience building and extending a CI/CD pipeline on Cloud Service Providers (AWS and GCP) and Git Integration with CI/CD Pipeline.
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS and GCP PaaS ecosystem of technologies (i.e., AWS Native services) and SaaS services which includes AWS Textract, Comprehend, SNS, SES,SQS and Google Doc AI.
  • 3+ years of scripting language experience - Shell, CloudFormation, Azure ARM template, PowerShell, Terraform, Python and Git Integration, Jenkins with CI/CD Pipeline.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

  • Experience with IAM policies, security groups, configurations of role-based access controls.
  • Strong knowledge on SAML 2.0/OKTA, Azure AD integration with RBAC setup.
  • Experience on Credentials vault including CyberArk, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key vault and HashiCorp Vault integration with On-premises and SaaS cloud environments.
  • Strong working experience on SQL Server, IIS & setting up SSL/TLS, import and configuring the certificate across environments.
  • Experience performing capacity planning and optimizing infrastructure resources to meet automation demand and ensure security & compliance are met.
  • Working experience on Networking concepts, Active Directory & Load Balancers
  • Working with hosting and infrastructure team for platform readiness.
  • BOT support - Maintenance, reliability, performance, troubleshooting, overall administration. Bridging between various team and if needed involving vendor support.
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
