The individual will have hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI-powered automation solutions using various scripting languages and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and process automation. Key Responsibilities §  Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline IT Operations. §  Assist in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with existing systems to enhance automation capabilities. §  Create and implement REST API endpoints for systems integrations and data exchange. §  Support the development and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows and automated processes. §  Collaborate with the IT and Cybersecurity teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions. §  Document automated processes and maintain technical documentation. §  Assist in monitoring and optimizing automated workflows. Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  §  Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. §  Strong programming skills in PowerShell and/or Python. §  Understanding of Rest API’s and web services. §  Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). §  Basic Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Large Language Models. §  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. §  Ability to work well individually and as part of a team. §  Excellent verbal and written communications.
