We are seeking a dynamic AI Automation Engineer to join our growing team and drive the strategic implementation of AI and automation solutions across our organization. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering and working closely with the VP of Enablement, you will play a vital role in helping to define the way AI and automation unlocks value across the company. Your role involves understanding business challenges, proposing AI applications that drive practical, real-world outcomes, and delivering integrated AI and automation solutions that transform how we operate.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $95,000-$130,000 per year. Placement within that range will be dependent on experience.
