We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Global CX Commercial Excellence Team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the customer experience transformation by enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in commercial processes. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, automation, AI, data analytics, and machine learning to support the evolution of our commercial business processes.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a lean and agile setup, with a strong focus on delivering impactful solutions. You will implement intelligent selling models, advanced CRM tools, and other commercial technologies, providing support, guidance, and training to users across the organization.
