About The Role

This is a full-time role as an AI Associate with a pathway to commercial roles, located onsite in our HQ in Berlin, Germany. You will join the AI Associate program that builds commercial expertise from the ground up through deep product immersion.

After mastering the fundamentals of Customer Success, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in:

Program Structure

Our talent development program follows a structured progression:

Months 1-2: Complete Customer Success onboarding with intensive product training

Months 3-5: Commercial track selection and specialized onboarding

Month 6: Transition to high-impact contributor role with first internal promotion

Responsibilities

  • Master our product capabilities through 50+ daily product interactions

  • Develop a deep understanding of implementation strategies and use cases

  • Build expertise in AI technology and effective adoption methodologies

  • Support customers in maximizing value from our solutions

  • Progress into a commercial role

  • Create business cases and impact plans for prospective customers

  • Research customer needs and develop solutions to enhance their success

About You

  • You're an early adopter of AI with genuine excitement about its possibilities

  • You possess a solid technical foundation, including an understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud applications

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German

  • You thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

  • You're a team player who can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders

  • You're eager to grow your career in a commercial role built on product expertise

Qualifications

  • Past experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Technical background or demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical concepts

  • Customer-facing experience is a plus

  • Consistent record of achievement in previous roles
