We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect who will determine and oversee delivery of ICF’s AI strategy and roadmap for products whose purpose is to provide common capabilities to the portfolio of market facing and commercial products. The AI architect is effectively both the “voice of the customer” and the “voice of common requirements” across the AI product portfolio. Responsibilities include discovery and prioritization of recurring technical, customer and market problems to solve, and validation of potential solutions to those problems including recommendations to build, buy or partner for the preferred solution.
Responsibilities
Discovery of valuable problems to solve and validate potential solutions with other product managers, customers and the market.
Develop a deep understanding of the provider’s technical strategy and architecture, business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations.
Collect the requirements from all relevant stakeholders for this common product/platform.
Lead product strategy, planning, and life cycle management efforts to support the ongoing evolution and innovation of the capabilities that unite the overall product portfolio.
Regularly communicate with product stakeholders and develop strong relationships to surface, balance and prioritize feedback from multiple groups such as other product managers, sales, marketing, engineering, architecture, customer support, customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) leaders, as well as customers and the market.
Establish product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve stakeholder outcomes, and which reflect the requirements on other products in the portfolio.
Monitor business, market, and technology trends and competitive intelligence to understand how the expectations for these common capabilities may need to change over time.
Guide and empower the product engineering team to scope, plan and deliver work, applying established delivery methodologies (e.g., agile methods) and best practices (e.g., reusability).
Proactively support the identification and resolution of blockers (including technical and resourcing) to achieve product business objectives.
