What's the role?
The AI Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions within our media and entertainment business. This position focuses on designing and implementing robust AI architectures and solutions that enhance content creation, distribution, and audience engagement. The AI Architect will be responsible for identifying scalable data architectures and acquisition patterns to support AI models, with a strong emphasis on generative AI technologies. This role requires a visionary thinker who can translate business objectives into cutting-edge AI strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Create Enterprise AI Reference Architecture and AI Roadmaps aligned to Business Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Principles.
Architect and design secure, scalable and ethical AI solutions leveraging industry-leading AI frameworks and tools.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for models and AI applications.
Lead the development of data flow and acquisition strategies to ensure efficient and secure data handling for AI models, Data Hubs and Customer Data Platforms.
Oversee the development, testing and deployment of AI solutions ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Create and document technical specifications and design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows.
Evaluate and implement generative AI technologies to enhance creative processes and content generation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and data science teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies, advising on strategic opportunities for adoption.
Who are you?
Extensive AI Architecture Experience: Proven ability to design AI applications and data architectures that meet business goals while balancing cost, capability, and risk; includes experience with GCP Vertex, AWS Bedrock, and AI orchestration.
Data & Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge in data architecture, data acquisition patterns, and secure data management—especially in Data Hubs and Customer Data Platforms.
Operational Excellence in AI: Hands-on experience with MLOps and LLMOps for lifecycle management, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML applications.
Advanced AI & ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques, including recommendation systems, generative AI, and common frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strategic & Technical Leadership: Experience developing technical visions, high-level architectures, and delivery roadmaps, with a proven ability to communicate AI value to executives and stakeholders.
Soft Skills & Work Environment: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
