As an intern, you will have the opportunity to innovate for our customers and business, evolving key systems like content creation, search and ranking. We seek dedicated students interested in pushing the state-of-the-art in high-impact research areas such as NLP, LLMs, Conversational AI, Fair Housing Alignment and Ranking.

This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.Is a PhD graduate student working towards a degree in computer science, NLP, machine learning, fairness, or another applicable field.
Has good publication record or is highly motivated towards publishing at top-tier scientific conferences (such as ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, COLING, ICML, FAccT)
Strong understanding of ML and NLP fundamentals
Experience with common deep learning frameworks
Experience in curating large scale datasets
Experience with training/fine-tuning BERT, BART, T5, GPT, other LLMs for NLP tasks
Experience with LLMs including new modeling techniques, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation
Experience with fairness and building trustworthy embeddings, models are a plus
