Job Description
Research and develop industrial-scale conversational AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and downstream applications.
Build core dialogue engines for various tasks, such as retrieval-based dialogue, knowledge-graph-based question & answering, generative dialogue system, conversational recommendation, and document-based question answering.
Develop fundamental NLP algorithm modules, including intent recognition, named entity recognition, semantic parsing, query rewriting, and semantic matching.
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in computer science or related fields, with relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of natural language processing and deep learning principles and theories, with proficiency in large-scale model development.
In-depth experience in one or more of the following tasks: text classification, text clustering, sequence labeling, text matching, coreference resolution, reinforcement learning, recommendation algorithms, text generation, etc.
Proficiency in open-source tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and practical experience in algorithm development and deployment is preferred.
Bonus points for individuals who have published papers in top conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, AAAI, IJCAI.
