This internship provides support for multiple AI-driven marketing initiatives and new eCommerce projects in the role of a project coordinator and tester.

Working under the guidance of the eCommerce Product Manager, the intern will assist with a range of project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, sharing project documents, gathering information, managing support tickets, following up with business stakeholders and vendor consultants, and conducting system testing.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience with AI-powered marketing technologies and eCommerce solutions in a dynamic, real-world environment. Necessary training will be provided.

On-site Requirement: The position requires eight hours per day on-site work three days per week—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—at Pacsun Headquarters: 3450 E Miraloma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806.

Core Accountabilities:

· Assist in IT project management activities.

· Liaise with project stakeholders to document project requirements, scope, and objectives.

· Monitor and track project tasks and notify project manager of any issues or risks raised by the project team.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reports.

· Manage supporting tickets.

· Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, systems, diagrams, data mappings and user requirements.

· Perform unit testing and end to end testing.

A successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

· Education: Enrolled in a program related to Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic project environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

· Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Interest in retail business operations.
