What you will do

The AI Solutions Analyst is responsible for strategizing solution approach, conducting impact analysis and research for future releases, managing implementation schedules for regular ongoing maintenance upgrades, and ensuring that the reporting solutions meet the ongoing compliance documentation needs and expectations. You will also participate in pre-audit preparations/activities and follow the standard develop life cycle process:

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement innovative AI solutions to meet business needs and objectives

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities

·        Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights

·        Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies

·        Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

·        Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in AI development and deployment

·        Develop and implement AI solutions that align with the business needs of the organization

·        Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to determine the potential of AI solutions

·        Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and strategize solution approach

·        Design and build reporting elements of integration work and ensure compliance with documentation needs

·        Manage implementation schedules for ongoing maintenance upgrades

·        Participate in pre-audit preparations and activities

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

·        5-8 years of experience in AI development and deployment

·        Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages

·        Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

·        Experience designing and implementing AI solutions across a variety of business and technology processes.

·        Minimum 3 or 4 implementation experience in AI.

·        Hands-on experience with LLM’s & Python scripting

Desired Qualifications

·        Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.

·        Good Business understanding on the projects.

·        Ability to conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to determine the potential of AI solutions

·        The ability to lead without reporting authority and to achieve outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment - leading through influence and deep collaboration across the enterprise

·        The ability to manage ambiguity and shape new initiatives/business from scratch.

·        Strategic thinking and big picture orientation /business acumen with strong interactions with key stakeholders.

·        Excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels in the organization and with external credibility.

·        Has an innovative, agile, and high-performing teaming mindset.

·        Familiar and stays abreast of technology thought leadership - latest advances in the market, trends, and modern technology frameworks (e.g., Agile, XOps).
