Your mission:

We are seeking an AI Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data team, you will participate in exciting projects related to data management and optimization of decision-making through the implementation of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse strategic client data management practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

• Engage with various business stakeholders to understand strategic issues and define priorities for data management together.

• Model and implement impactful solutions to optimize strategic, tactical, and operational activities.

• Collect, analyse, clean and preprocess data from various sources.

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Perform data profiling and generate reports to support business decisions.

• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security.

• Document data pipelines, processes, and methodologies to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to advice our customers on their technical choices.

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management or IT or Business Economics with a passion for data management.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a AI analyst role.

• Experience in managing projects related to Data Governance, Data Management and Data Quality.

• Knowledge and experience of at least one of the following technical concepts:

  • Data Vault

  • Ms Fabrik

  • Azure

  • Data Briks

  • Snowflakes

• Excellent analytical mindset combined with a strong interest in IT data processing issues.

• Strong team player with ability to bridge between business and technical teams.

• Capacity to manage projects autonomously through the following competencies:

  • Organization

  • Structure

  • Focus: result-oriented

  • Curiosity & technological monitoring

  • Ownership: taking responsibility

• Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
