We’re on the lookout for a skilled AI Algorithm Engineer to drive GPU performance optimization in AI software engineering. If you’re passionate about AI model deployment, kernel engineering, and next-gen hardware performance, this is your chance to make an impact! 

Your Role: 

• Research and model deep learning topology performance 

• Develop, review, and maintain C++ & Python code for pre/post-silicon hardware 

• Analyze ML workloads and validate hardware features 

• Optimize GPU software components for peak efficiency 

• Mentor junior engineers & lead small project teams 

• Play a key role in planning and executing AI workloads 

Qualifications:

Who Should Apply (Minimum Requirements)? 

You’d be a great fit if you: 

• Have at least 3-4 years of experience in making low-level optimizations

• Have parallel programming experience 

• Understand deep learning primitives & the basics of linear algebra 

• Love solving complex, unsolved problems beyond StackOverflow 

• Have solid experience with C, C++ 

• Work well both independently and collaboratively across teams 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

• Deep experience with system-level languages (C, C++, etc.) 

• GPU programming skills (DPC++/OpenCL/CUDA/ROCm/C for Metal, etc.) 

• SIMD programming expertise (SSE/AVX/Neon, etc.) 

• Ability to read/write assembly (x86-64/ARM, etc.) 

• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) 

• Experience in profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing implementations
