Teton is tackling the global nursing shortage and the burden of a growing elder populating by building the OS for healthcare. We are redefining the role of healthcare workers through cutting-edge AI technology. Our solution helps hospitals and care homes across US, UK, DK and CH. The role require a physical presence in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. We believe this enables the fastest and most efficient iteration cycles to build an impactful product that users love to use.

What We're Looking For

• Obsessed with shipping fast - you hack on side projects and can't stop building

• Uses LLM tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate development, if you don’t you’re too slow

• Strong code experience and integrations of different systems

• Experience building AI agents (prompting, tool calling, multi agent orchestration)

• You learn fast and take ownership of technical decisions
