You will work with partners across US, UK, CA, and AU markets, negotiating deals, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring the best possible results. In this role, you will
Manage existing partners: maintain regular communication, ensure contract compliance, and promptly address partner requests and suggestions
Source and onboard new partners: identify high-potential traffic sources, negotiate terms, and formalize agreements
Optimize partner performance based on analytics: analyze data to adjust rates, terms, and offers, and develop recommendations to improve traffic quality
Collaborate with other teams: work closely with Analytics, Product, and B2B departments to align on shared business objectives
It’s all about you
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the dating niche or other competitive verticals
Proven track record of launching and managing affiliate programs, collaborating with webmasters and agencies
Proficient in tracking tools (Affise, Cake, Voluum, Binom)Deep understanding of payment models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, etc.)
