About the product: It is a multi-functional web platform for worldwide communication that allows users to exchange messages, gifts and content. The product features high loading capacity, and intuitive UX/UI. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with our partners, ensuring mutual growth and success
  • Engage in discussions with partners regarding terms, conditions, and rates to achieve optimal agreements
  • Improve and streamline workflows for partners
  • Analyze the performance of business partners using current metrics and develop new ones
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Establish KPIs to manage and drive partners’ efficiency and quality growth
  • Keep management updated on goals, progress, KPIs, challenges, and plans
  • Provide insights and ideas to improve existing products and processes
  • Collect feedback from partners and users to generate ideas for new products and features

It’s all about you

  • 3+ years in account management, partnership or in an FMCG, Big4 company
  • Upper-intermediate-level of English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of product and business metrics to measure project success and the ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and insights

Would be a plus

  • Experience in the social streaming industry
  • Experience working with various CRMs
  • A data-driven mentality
