Our software automates product classification, reduces regulatory errors, and helps customers save up to 83% of their time.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven AE to join our team in Berlin. You’ll be pivotal in growing our customer base, building strong relationships, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. Collaborating closely with our Co-Founders and leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in making trade compliance faster, smarter, and more efficient for businesses worldwide.

Tasks

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from your first “hello” to sealing the deal
  • Close new business deals for traide AI: Your main focus will be to successfully convert already qualified deals into customers
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in mid- to large-sized enterprises and uncover how traide AI can solve their trade compliance challenges.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals
  • Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate how traide AI can address them
  • Lead acquisition via partner networks, industry events, and inbound leads
  • Work with qualified leads
  • Collaborate with our Product and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Actively track and report sales metrics to the leadership team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and data-driven sales methodologies
  • Fluency in German and English
  • A self-starter mentality with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced startup environment
