We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Account Executive to join our expanding team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the sales process from lead creation to contact closure and creating solutions that meets our client’s needs. You will also participate in product marketing by creating presentations and developing strategies to best reach potential customers.
As an Account Executive, your typical day might include the following:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients as well as market to potential new ones
Understand customer’s needs and objectives to articulate the products and services best suited to satisfy them
Follow-up on all leads; prepare bids and proposals if requested; ensure that all project documents are distributed correctly and timely
Analyze opportunities, identify key requirements and develop plans of action accordingly; monitor progress against plan(s)
Document all customer interactions in CRM systems on a daily basis; manage any other record keeping associated with successful sales processes
Assist in order ad hoc assignments
This job might be for you if you are :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT industry preferred
Experience in high volume warm calling, direct marketing activities, or inside sales is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in teams combined with an excellent entrepreneurial spirit
Be brave to start a conversation and a good story teller
Good command in written English and Chinese
Strong analytical problem solving abilities; creative aptitude skills
