What we do

Latent AI enables creation of more robust, efficient, and agile edge applications that improve user adoption and mission impact.Our current product mission is simplifying and accelerating traditional AI workflows from model training and optimization to deployment and support. Our flagship product, the Latent AI Efficient Inference Platform™ (LEIP), is a unified SDK built for machine learning engineers and AI software developers. Our solutions are being used in more places than ever before including manufacturing automation, predictive maintenance, process control, consumer electronics, and defense and aerospace applications. Who we're looking for

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. This individual will have experience driving sales and building relationships within the federal government sector. As a key member of our sales team, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and supporting our growth in the public sector. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about AI and technology.

What you’ll do

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new business opportunities within the federal government sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at government agencies and other public sector organizations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of public sector clients.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFQs, ensuring that proposals are customized to meet client requirements and showcase Latent AI's value proposition.
  • Track and report on sales performance, using data to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, government policies, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on AI solutions and maintaining a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the federal government or public sector market.
  • Strong knowledge of the federal procurement process and experience responding to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in the public sector.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required by client engagements and company needs.
  • US citizenship required; DoD Clearance strongly preferred.
