In this role, you’ll be instrumental in powering our revenue engine—bringing energy, innovation, and strategy to help scale our business and deliver maximum value to our customers.

You’ll partner closely with a passionate team to help small-to-midsize businesses (SMBs) and Mid-Market customers unlock the full potential of Otter. Your Impact

  • Help organizations boost productivity and collaboration with Otter.

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for SMB and Mid-Market clients.

  • Drive new business through a mix of inbound, outbound, and partner-led channels.

  • Collaborate with fellow sales executives to provide accurate forecasts and insights into revenue performance.

  • Tailor product demos to each customer’s unique needs, highlighting the value Otter brings to their workflow.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • Contribute to the development of scalable sales strategies and top-down selling motions.

What We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings

  • 2+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment.

  • Proven success owning the full sales cycle and navigating contract negotiations.

  • Experience collaborating with security, legal, and finance stakeholders during the sales process.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools.

  • A self-starter mindset and passion for refining repeatable, high-volume sales processes.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication, empathy, and integrity.

  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing, fast-growing environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience at a high-growth tech startup is a strong plus.

Salary range 

Salary Range: $180,000 to $200,000 USD per year **potential inclusive of commission**

This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
