Accelerator Delivery Lead

Location: Australia-based (ideally Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne) | The Melbourne Team have moved into an awesome new office at 180 Flinders Street and work in a Hybrid environment.

You’ll run the operational heartbeat of Pathfindr’s Accelerator program - keeping every client on track, every metric visible and every delivery asset sharp. Your work lets our Enablement Partners focus on impact while you keep the engine humming. 

What you’ll own 

• Program orchestration – map timelines, resources and dependencies across multiple clients and cohorts. 
• Clear, regular comms – run check-ins, status notes and concise reports so clients always know where things stand. 
• Performance visibility – track retention, feedback, adoption and other value metrics; flag risks early. 
• Asset governance – review and refine our playbooks, templates and delivery collateral so they’re always up-to-date. 
• Process improvement – spot bottlenecks, design fixes and roll out changes across the team. 
• Automation at scale – identify repeatable tasks and build no-code / low-code automations that lift speed and consistency. 

What we’re looking for 

• 5+ years in program, delivery or operations leadership – ideally in consulting, SaaS or innovation environments. 
• Experience leading teams – you’ve managed people, coached others and know how to build team capability over time
• Demonstrated skill juggling multiple client workstreams without dropping detail.
• Comfortable with metrics – you build dashboards, slice data and turn insight into action. 
• Process thinker who loves systems, templates and leverage. 
• Hands-on with modern no-code / low-code tooling (Zapier, Airtable, Make, Supabase or similar). 
• Confident communicator – crisp writing, calm presence and a talent for removing ambiguity. 
• Energised by fast-moving teams and unafraid to suggest (or ship) improvements without being asked.
