Field AI is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to support our on-site IT operations across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments. You’ll handle hands-on tasks like onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and user support while maintaining system integrity and security. This role requires someone who enjoys helping users, communicates clearly, and brings a customer-first mindset to daily IT work.

What You'll Get To Do

• Provision, configure, and manage Linux, macOS, and Windows endpoints
• Own the full lifecycle of employee onboarding/offboarding (device setup, user access, deprovisioning)
• Administer Jamf Pro for macOS fleet management and compliance
• Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows device configuration and policy enforcement
• Use Ansible to automate configuration and provisioning tasks
• Monitor and resolve user issues via Jira tickets in a timely and helpful manner
• Maintain accurate documentation for systems, procedures, and asset inventory
• Provide walk-up support for basic networking, printers, and common office tech
• Partner with security and infrastructure teams to enforce IT policies and standards

What You Have

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Hands-on with Linux, macOS, and Windows endpoint management
• Experience with Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Ansible
• Familiarity with Jira or similar helpdesk/ticketing systems
• Solid troubleshooting skills and understanding of basic networking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, courteous, and customer-service-oriented attitude
• Able to prioritize tasks, follow through, and operate independently on-site

• Familiarity with identity tools like Okta or AD
