We are currently looking for an experienced 3D Character Artist with rigging and animation expertise. 
 

What you will do:
 

• Create and modify high-quality, realistic 3D models of humans and animals according to defined technical and artistic requirements. 

• Develop and adjust materials and textures for characters. 
• Rig and animate organic models such as humans and animals to meet project needs. 
• Ensure models are game-ready and optimized for performance. 
• Create LODs (Levels of Detail) for all models. 
• Design and optimize model creation pipelines. 

Requirements

• Solid experience in creating realistic 3D models (using Zbrush, 3Ds Max, Maya or Blender) for digital twin or lifelike quality projects. 

• Strong skills in rigging and animation for organic models such as humans and animals. 
• Proficiency in creating materials and textures for various models using Substance Painter and Photoshop. 
• Ability to create game-ready models optimized for performance. 
• Experience in creating LODs for 3D models. 
• Creativity and imagination. 
• Team-player mindset and good communication skills. 
• Fluent in English or Polish.
