LEAD AI/ML ENGINEER (WEB AUTOMATION & AGENTIC AI)
OVERVIEW
Marvis is on a mission to redefine workflow automation through AI-powered web automation
and intelligent decision-making agents. We already have a WORKING MVP that uses basic
pre-trained models to orchestrate browser interactions, and it is also deployed for some of our
initial clients.
Now, we’re ready to rebuild our core AI, that can dynamically interpret DOM structures, adapts
to evolving web applications, and integrates agentic AI for advanced decision-making (e.g.,
detecting 2FA, captchas, and complex authentication flows).
If you’re passionate about architecting AI systems from the ground up, leading everything from
data collection to advanced inference and MLOps, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop a Proprietary DOM-Understanding Model
○ Design and train models (potentially leveraging Graph Neural Networks or
equivalent) that interpret the structure and dynamics of web pages.
○ Ensure future-proof scalability to handle new or unpredictable DOM changes in
various web applications.
2. Architect a Robust AI Core
○ Evolve our initial prototype into a production-grade AI system.
○ Implement MLOps best practices for continuous training, version control,
deployment, and monitoring.
3. Agentic AI & Decision-Making
○ Develop or integrate advanced AI agents (LLMs, rule-based systems) to handle
scenarios requiring human intervention or complex logic.
○ Employ frameworks like LangChain (or custom solutions) for multi-step reasoning
and to reduce dependency on manual oversight.
4. Reinforcement Learning (RL)
○ Incorporate RL techniques to adapt workflow automation based on real-world
usage and feedback.
○ Continuously refine models to increase success rates and reduce errors over
time.
5. Scalability & Optimization
○ Optimize for fast inference and low resource consumption (e.g., model
quantization, ONNX, TensorRT).
○ Design architectures that can handle growing volumes of web interactions
without compromising performance.
6. Cross-Platform Integration
○ Collaborate with existing development teams to integrate AI insights seamlessly
into our browser extension and desktop application.
○ Assist in defining data pipelines for continuous improvement and feedback loops.
7. Security & Compliance
○ Implement best practices for secure handling of user data and credentials.
○ Align with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
8. Innovation & Continuous Learning
○ Stay current on the latest advancements in AI/ML and web automation.
○ Propose and implement new ideas to push the boundaries of automated web
interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills
● Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch,
TensorFlow, or JAX.
● Web Automation & DOM Parsing: Experience with Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, or
similar tools.
● Graph-Based Modeling / GNNs: Comfort with graph-based approaches to interpret
hierarchical web structures (preferred).
● Agentic AI & LLMs: Hands-on experience with advanced AI agents (AutoGPT,
LangChain, etc.) and large language models for multi-step decision-making.
● Reinforcement Learning: Familiarity with RL algorithms to refine automation flows
based on usage data.
● MLOps & Deployment: Knowledge of building end-to-end pipelines, deploying models
at scale, and optimizing for real-time performance.
● Python Expertise: Strong command of Python, relevant ML libraries, and AI-driven
automation strategies.
Nice-to-Have Skills
● Vector Databases (RAG): Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
● RPA/Process Automation: Background in AI-driven process or robotic automation.
● Cloud AI: Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, or similar
platforms.
● Security & Compliance: Understanding of data protection, encryption, and credential
management.
