Job Description

The Team

AI for SEEK team is part of the broader SEEK AI Group which includes over 200 AI professionals delivering AI services for our core products under the Group Executive, AI. The AI for SEEK team is responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within SEEK by identifying, testing, developing / adopting innovative AI solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
This role reports to the Head of AI Transformation.
 

About the role 

As the Senior AI Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in SEEK's strategic AI adoption journey, driving enterprise-wide transformation that enhances operational excellence and market competitiveness.. You will work closely with teams and leaders across SEEK to educate the business on AI capabilities and risks, identify and prioritise opportunities, run experiments, procure and implement AI tools, and track and report on benefits.  

This dynamic and ambiguous space demands critical thinking and a flexible mindset, combining knowledge of AI capabilities with SEEK’s operational and marketplace goals and strong commercial and problem solving skills.
 

Responsibilities 

  •  Strategic AI Transformation: Strategic AI Transformation: Lead development of long-term AI strategies aligned with SEEK's business objectives. Independently manage complex, high-value transformation projects from conception through implementation, including budget oversight and investment planning.
  • Business Process Optimisation: Analyze workflows to identify AI enhancement opportunities and handle ambiguous, enterprise-wide challenges requiring cross-functional collaboration. Partner with senior stakeholders to optimize processes and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Project & Change Management: Oversee project deliverables while building stakeholder relationships to secure adoption buy-in. Conduct impact assessments and develop implementation plans that address potential challenges and ensure projects meet timelines and objectives.
  • User Education: Collaborate with L&D, RAI, workplace experience and functional teams to design and deliver training programs to educate users on new processes, AI tools and technologies. Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure successful adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of AI solutions, capture feedback and identify opportunities for optimization. Collect and analyze data to measure the qualitative and quantitative benefits of AI initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and digital transformation. Propose innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and drive commercial growth.
  •  AI Community Development: Establish a community of practice to drive better AI adoption across SEEK including building a library of prompts and chatbots, identification of opportunities and building a core team of AI expertise to drive everyday innovation on the ground.

Qualifications

Skills and experience 

  • Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, project coordination, and change management. 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of AI concepts, capable of translating qualitative and quantitative metrics into business benefits/ROI. 
  • Strong aptitude for learning and a keen interest in emerging AI concepts and current industry trends. 
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, research, and analytics skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Workday, marketing automation, and conversational AI technologies is highly preferred.

Other Qualifications, Skills and Experience 

The following experience is preferred, but not essential:  

  • 5+ years of experience in AI transformation, business analysis, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in delivering multiple complex initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Proven ability to independently manage high-value transformation projects from ideation through execution
