AWS Data Analyst- Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Product Manager with 8 -11 years of experience as a product owner and who is familiar with modern data stack (AWS) to join our dynamic team. As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing business stakeholders, user expectations and desired outcomes that guides the strategic decision of the data product.

Key Responsibilities:

The role requires Financial Services domain hand-on experience with solid understanding of modern data stack (AWS) :

• Experience in playing a strategic role to understand the business priorities and use cases
• Translate business use cases to technical use cases
• Define metrics and KPIs to define success of the program
• Interact with data stakeholders, source teams to gather data requirements
• Ensure successful development, deployment and adoption of data products
• Firm understanding of data landscape, data ingestion, integration and consumption patterns and manage decisions that fits the technical expectations of the current architecture
• Analyze complex business problems, document requirements and develop technical solution documentation
• Understand and prepare reporting requirements
• Discover, design, and develop analytical methods to support novel approaches of data and information processing
• Identify critical data elements and PII handling process/mandates
• Understand data privacy, security controls and access governance
• Build data masking/encryption methods using Python, Stored Procs or SQL
• Collaborate with technology team and support the development of analytical models with the effective use of data and analytic techniques and validate the model results and articulate the insights to the business team
• Interface and communicate with the onsite teams directly to understand the requirement and determine the optimum data intake process
• Create technical solutions as per business needs by translating their requirements and finding innovative solution options
• Provide product and design level functional and technical expertise along with best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BE/BTech/MTech/MCA with 8+ years of industry experience with data analysis, data management and related data service offerings
• Experience in finance data domains- Asset Wealth Management
• Strong communication skills along with knowledge on modern data stack (AWS)
• Basic SQL and Python knowledge
• In-depth experience in data management, data integration, ETL, data modelling, data mapping, data profiling, data quality and controls, data analysis, reporting, semantic layer and testing areas

Good To have :

• Experience using Agile methodologies
• Experience using cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
