Position Description:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The role involves outbound prospecting, engaging with potential customers, and working with international clients across Europe and Asia. This role is vital in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth customer journey from the initial point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and generate meetings with decision-makers
  • Manage inbound leads and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process
  • Track prospects in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Develop expertise in the maritime SaaS space and engage with global shipping executives

Qualifications / Experiences:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively
  • Experience in SaaS sales or software solutions for B2B clients
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work flexible hours to engage clients across Europe and Asia
  • Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on accuracy in documentation and attention to detail in managing the sales pipeline.
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet individual and team targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with maritime operations, industry challenges, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Additional language skills relevant to maritime regions (e.g., Greek, Spanish) are a plus.
