Adagrad is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. This key leadership role will involve driving sales growth, managing regional sales teams, and building strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key strategic partners and customers within the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to drive regional growth.
  • Provide in-depth product presentations and communicate the value proposition of Adagrad’s security solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze market data, providing feedback to the product development team to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasting reports, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Represent Adagrad at industry events and trade shows, staying current with market trends and building the company's brand within the region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the security and surveillance industry.
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a regional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
