Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement employee feedback surveys using the Qualtrics platform, with a focus on leveraging AI analytics and Text iQ for advanced sentiment analysis and text mining.
Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand organizational goals and objectives related to employee experience, and translate these into survey questions and methodologies.
Utilize AI analytics to analyze survey results and extract meaningful insights to drive improvements in the employee experience.
Create visually compelling and informative dashboards using Qualtrics to present survey data and insights to key stakeholders.
Provide expertise in Text iQ to uncover trends and sentiment within open-ended employee feedback responses

Experience :

4+

Mandatory/requires Skills :
AI related coding and experience in AI tools

Preferred Skills :

AI analytics,Text iQ for advanced sentiment analysis and text mining.
