Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement employee feedback surveys using the Qualtrics platform, with a focus on leveraging AI analytics and Text iQ for advanced sentiment analysis and text mining.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand organizational goals and objectives related to employee experience, and translate these into survey questions and methodologies.
• Utilize AI analytics to analyze survey results and extract meaningful insights to drive improvements in the employee experience.
• Create visually compelling and informative dashboards using Qualtrics to present survey data and insights to key stakeholders.
• Provide expertise in Text iQ to uncover trends and sentiment within open-ended employee feedback responses
   

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• BE/BTech

Experience :

• 4+

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• AI related coding and experience in AI tools

Preferred Skills :
 

• AI analytics,Text iQ for advanced sentiment analysis and text mining.
