We are looking for a meticulous and motivated QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software by executing test cases, identifying defects, and providing feedback to the development team. The ideal candidate has a passion for testing, a strong understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment to help deliver exceptional products.
What you'll do
Thoroughly document found errors and report them to the development team
Participate in planning and review meetings with the project team
Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues
Keep test documentation and procedures up to date
Design and execute manual test cases for web applications
Verify compatibility with different browsers and devices
Design and execute test cases for Android applications
Verify compatibility with different Android versions and device models
Design and execute manual tests to verify the functioning of hardware devices
Test integration between software and hardware
Perform stress and durability tests on devices
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of manual testing methodologies and techniques.
Experience in testing web and mobile applications, preferably Android
Familiarity with hardware device testing
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScrip
Experience using bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRails)
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing
Software testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
