We are looking for a Marketing Designer who is ready to move fast, think big, and make a real impact. This is a hands-on role where your creative decisions directly influence the performance of advertising campaigns, from CTR to CR to CPA. No layers of bureaucracy, no waiting for approvals, just a clear path from idea to execution. You will be joining a tight-knit team at the exciting launch stage of a major product in the social networking niche. In this role, you will
Create high-performing ad creatives, both video and static, for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, GDN, and more
Analyze market trends, competitor ads, and best practices to fuel ideas and improve performance
Prepare moodboards and visual directions for creative briefs and brainstorming sessions
Continuously improve team processes and expand the creative toolkit for even more effective work
Stay on top of design trends and marketing creativity to keep evolving your skills
Take initiative in suggesting new formats, visual concepts, and ideas that drive results
It’s all about you
1+ year of experience in digital design (preferably in a performance or marketing team)
Confident use of Figma; experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
Hands-on experience with social media ad creatives and understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google Ads guidelines
Solid knowledge of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to analyze competitors and market trends, and adapt creative work accordingly
English level B2 or higher for briefs, terminology, and internal communication
Strong communication skills with both designers and marketers
Attention to detail in both visuals and technical file setup
Flexibility, stress resilience, and openness to feedback
Good self-organization and ability to meet short deadlines
Would be a plus:
Experience creating creatives that ranked among top-performing ad campaigns
Ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to new formats
Familiarity with UGC/influencer-style content or generative formats (AI tools, templates, etc.)
