Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a highly enthusiastic and organized individual who wants to be hands-on. As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate demand, and engage our target audiences. You’ll report directly to the Digital Marketing Lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Field Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

This role will involve coordinating events and webinars, assisting with digital marketing campaigns, and supporting press outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties

Event & Webinar Coordination

  • Research and coordinate logistics for in-person events, including managing vendor relationships, shipping materials, and ensuring seamless event execution.

  • Support the planning and management of virtual webinars, handling tasks such as platform setup, registration management, and post-event follow-up.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute event promotion through email, social media, and paid campaigns.

  • Track event and webinar performance, compiling key insights and metrics for reporting purposes.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, social media, and email marketing.

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing assets, collaborating with design, content, and external partners.

  • Support website updates, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals (WordPress knowledge a plus).

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Press & Communications Support

  • Partner with the content / comms team to identify press opportunities and execute outreach efforts.

  • Assist in drafting press materials, including pitches, press releases, and media lists.

  • Track and report on media coverage and engagement metrics.

Project Management and Coordination

  • Maintain timelines and ensure deadlines are met for various marketing projects.

  • Manage internal communication to ensure alignment across teams.

  • Organize and track budgets for events, campaigns, and external vendor partnerships.

Key Skills

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.

Background/Experience

  • A keen interest in marketing, events, and communications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and webinar tools is a plus.
