As a Digital Traceability Intern, you’ll help develop and test a digital traceability system that maps the entire journey from farm to snack. Working closely with farmers and internal teams, you’ll support system integration, data collection, and performance evaluation—contributing to a more transparent, tech-enabled food supply chain.Â

Design and support data collection processes for farm-to-snack traceabilityÂ
Consolidate stakeholder inputs to streamline digital workflowsÂ
Support the development of digital traceability processes utilizing AI and low-code/no-code platforms.Â
Monitor KPIs and analyze system performanceÂ
Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BIÂ
Create communication materials to update stakeholdersÂ
Support continuous improvement of the digital traceability processÂ
Â
Enrolled in a Master’s programme in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related fieldÂ
Strong understanding of digital systems and data managementÂ
Comfortable engaging with farmers and multidisciplinary teamsÂ
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and proactiveÂ
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plusÂ
Previous experience in data collection, supply chain, or digital processes is an asset but not requiredÂ
This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about digital transformation in the food industry and eager to contribute to sustainable practicesÂ
