About the Role:

We're looking for someone to take full ownership of data at Actively. This isn’t a narrow analyst role — you’ll design the internal systems that help us learn from every customer touchpoint, GTM workflow, and product interaction. You’ll also be the one wiring these learnings into the products and agents we ship.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analysis, and product intuition. You’ll need to be comfortable writing code, navigating ambiguous datasets, and asking sharp questions. We want someone who’s lived in the stack, not just learned it.

What You’ll Do:

• Own our internal data pipeline — from Salesforce and Outreach ingestion to analysis and reporting.
• Build internal sensors across the customer journey to uncover buried GTM insights.
• Translate messy, unstructured data into high-quality inputs for our reasoning agents.
• Help define our data stack and ensure we’re set up for long-term clarity (and speed).
• Partner with founders, engineers, and forward-deployed teams to prioritize impact.

Who You Are:

• A builder — you like owning problems end-to-end and thinking from first principles.
• Comfortable with both SQL and Python, and fluent in the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, etc).
• Someone who’s gone deep in data before — you’ve lived in it long enough for instincts to form.
• Bonus: math or physics background, quant internship experience, or similar.
• Bonus: you’ve worked with GTM teams or have product intuition around sales workflows.

The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $120,000 - $160,000. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans. Actively AI offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and unlimited PTO.
