About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to co-own and scale our growth efforts across H’s suite of AI agent products. As a foundational member of the team, you will define our digital marketing strategy, build and mentor high‐performing teams, and drive measurable growth across existing channels while discovering and validating new ones. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a hands‐on executor, with extensive B2B and B2C experience and a track record of building growth functions from scratch in high‐velocity environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, hire, and develop cross‐functional growth teams covering paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, content, SEO, influencer and affiliate partnerships, and other growth initiatives
Define and execute an end‐to‐end growth marketing strategy that balances top‐of‐funnel acquisition, brand awareness, and positive ROI
Rapidly test and validate new acquisition channels, scale successful experiments into mature, automated frameworks
Drive continuous experimentations, A/B tests, creative iterations, messaging tweaks to optimize conversion and retention
Architect and scale our attribution model, marketing tech stack, and marketing automation infrastructure to enable real‐time, data‐driven decisions
Partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to align growth initiatives with product launches and deliver a seamless user experience
Own the user acquisition funnel end‐to‐end, ensuring cohesive messaging and engagement across web, mobile, and app surfaces
Requirements:
10+ years of digital marketing and growth experience, including building a growth marketing function from the ground up at high‐growth B2B and B2C software companies (ideally with a product‐led growth motion)
Demonstrated success scaling multiple acquisition channels : paid search, paid social, content marketing, SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, influencer and affiliate partnerships, and more
Proven ability to recruit, lead, and mentor high‐performance marketing teams in fast‐paced environments
Data‐driven mindset with deep expertise in A/B testing, conversion optimization, advanced attribution modeling, and performance analytics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership and cross‐functional partners
Location:
H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US
This role has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid for candidates based in cities where we have an office - currently Paris and London
