What is the Business Analyst – Data Management Team responsible for?'

• As a Business Analyst – Data Management on the Data & AI team at Lexington Partners, you will contribute to delivering data engineering, analytics, and generative AI solutions that drive meaningful business impact. What is the FTI System Analyst responsible for?

• Be a gatekeeper of data quality—monitor data quality metrics and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all data assets; contribute to data governance efforts.

• Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and prepare clear, concise reports, technical documentation, and presentations.

• Fulfill ad hoc data requests and operational support tasks.

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations that support strategic business decisions.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx is a plus.

• Knowledge of corporate finance is a strong plus.

• Self-starter with a passion for learning new tools and technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and ownership-driven mindset.
