About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart and driven Junior Risk Analyst to join our Risk team. You don’t need years of experience — just strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast in a data-driven fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the team with risk analysis, reporting, and monitoring
Learn how credit and fraud risk is managed in a BNPL product
Run queries, analyze trends, and help improve risk processes
Collaborate with Data, Product, and Operations to understand business needs
Contribute to experimentation and testing of risk policies
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
0–1 years of experience
Strong interest in data and risk analytics
Basic knowledge of SQL and Tableau
Organized, curious, and eager to solve problems
Good communication skills and team spirit
