Master’s/bachelor’s degree in engineering/management from premier institutes
Professional certification in Advanced Analytics
Skill and Experience
3+ years of experience in data science and analytics
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems
Expertise in data analysis, modelling, data mining & visualization
Proficiency in statistical analysis & advanced ML modelling techniques including prediction, optimization and forecasting
Good understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression analysis, machine learning techniques (Decision Trees, Naïve Bayes, SVM, K-NN), Boosting & Bagging, Stacking
Expertise in data visualization & reporting tools such as Power BI
Strong Programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark, Scala and query language like SQL
Good understanding of MLOps using MLflow, Kubeflow
Strong background in Deep Learning, Neural Networks (RNN/CNN/LSTM), transfer learning, training dense layers
Experience in implementing different deep learning architecture through frameworks like TF, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe, MXNet using GPU/TPU
Knowledge of deploying ML inference code
Good understanding of cloud AI/ML platforms of GCP & Azure like Vertex AI, ML Studio, AI Foundry
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly & persuasively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently & collaboratively and to manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously
