Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ML Products Team Member to bridge the gap between advanced Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) research and the development of our Visual AI platform. This platform empowers data scientists globally to efficiently store, curate, and build production-grade models for visual data. You will thrive in our fast-paced, results-oriented environment, directly contributing to real-world solutions in manufacturing quality inspection, critical infrastructure monitoring, and autonomous systems.

1. Participate in team discussions to connect exploratory research activities to implementable product features.
2. Contribute to hardening the POC implementations to integrate into the Visual AI platform product.
3. Ideate and experiment with approaches to address customers' solution requirements using the platform capabilities.
4. Participate in discussions with product and backend development teams to harden product requirements and interface decisions.

1. 4+ years of experience working with computer vision for production-grade use cases with a firm hold on the underlying concepts and tools like OpenCV/MVTec Halcon or equivalent.
2. 2+ years of experience in deep learning techniques and model development, preferably on image and video datasets. 
3. Strong conceptual background on ML concepts to interpret and connect the latest research to solution and product requirements.
4. Strong Programming experience with Python for ML with knowledge of software development practices towards contributing to production quality code base.
5. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics

1. Master's degree or Phd in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. Experience publishing academic papers and/or implementing prototypes based on ongoing research ideas.
3. Experience with performance improvement of ML models.
