This is a hands-on internship where you’ll contribute to customer success stories, dive into research, and help shape the way we inspire and empower our partners.
What we're looking for
3rd and 4th-year university students preferably from Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldAble to commit 3-4 days a week for at least 3 months
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn — not afraid to ask questions or try new things
Strong research skills and great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must (Spanish and/or Portuguese are a strong plus)
A basic understanding of — or strong interest in — mobile apps, analytics, and customer success
What you'll do
Assist the Customer Engagement team with day-to-day operations
Help develop inspirational examples and best practices for Storyly’s Playbook, showcasing creative and high-performing use cases
Conduct research on existing and potential clients — including industry trends, app usage, and their content on social media — to support Storyly’s strategies
Help analyze customer health scores and dashboard activities to gather insights and identify engagement opportunities
Collaborate with the team to organize and update internal resources, presentations, and materials
