About the OpportunityThreecolts is launching a bold new AI Innovation Internship Program — and we’re looking for 10 hungry, ambitious graduates ready to dive into the future of AI in business.Each intern will be embedded into a different team (People, Finance, Service Delivery, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and more), working side-by-side with team members to observe, listen, and identify ways AI can supercharge productivity.
You’ll rip through ideas, run experiments, and present actionable AI solutions directly to leadership on a weekly basis. You'll help shape how AI is implemented across all areas of the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Join a core team (1 intern per team) and deep dive into how the team operates day-to-day.
• Observe workflows, listen carefully, and identify opportunities where AI tools could make an impact.
• Brainstorm and test AI-driven ideas for automation, productivity, and innovation.
• Attend regular team meetings, present findings, and collaborate on real initiatives.
• Participate in a weekly AI intern all-hands to share progress, swap ideas, and refine strategies.
• Present your best ideas and early prototypes during an AI Innovation Showcase at the end of the program.
• Work closely with the CEO (dotted-line manager) for guidance and coaching throughout the 8 weeks.
• Come into the London office once or twice a week to collaborate and present to leadership.

Who You Are:

• Recent graduate or graduating this summer, preferably with a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or related AI-driven fields.
• Deep, proven interest and involvement in AI — beyond coursework (side projects, independent research, AI tool building, automation experiments, etc.).
• Highly ambitious and self-driven — you seek out problems and attack them.
• Creative thinker — you’re able to translate AI capability into real business value.
• Strong communicator — comfortable presenting ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excited to start together as a cohort, work fast, and build real impact.
