Join our Cloud Computing Sales Operations team!

We are a cross-functional group providing critical support to our Cloud Computing sales and GTM teams. Partnering with top-notch sellers and sales leaders, we enable and enhance their execution and productivity. We facilitate strategic planning and development of our existing sales teams, focusing on growth across the organization.

Partner with the best

You will support Akamai's strategic and fastest growing business unit, globally. The role entails assisting sales executives and leaders in key business areas, emphasizing sales metrics and analytics. Essential collaboration with cross-functional teams, to include product and finance teams, ensuring operational excellence. You will be at the forefront of our sales environment for energetic and creative individuals.

As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with Sales leaders to set GTM strategies, territory design, sales targets and quotas by territory
• Providing key insights, reporting and analysis of key metrics and business performance to drive data-supported decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive operational excellence.
• Partnering across teams to implement and leverage sales enabling platforms/tools and monitoring the sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
• Leveraging Salesforce for analytics on deal commitments and pipeline, and post-sale reporting of bookings data and performance.
• Working with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements to the global support model.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in sales operations and business analytics
• Have proficiency with Saleforce.com, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, BI/Tableau
• Have analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis and solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, deadline driven, environment
• Have prior experience in the high-tech industry
