The Performance Marketing and Competitive Analysis team within the Client Product Planning and Management organization is seeking a talented Platform Architect to drive the performance analysis and competitive positioning of Intel Client platforms in the realm of generative AI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating and analyzing the performance of Intel Client platforms as well as competitive platforms. Your insights will be instrumental in identifying key performance metrics that can be leveraged for marketing initiatives and in guiding engineering teams to enhance product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• AI Model Deployment and Performance Analysis: Independently set up and conduct performance analysis of AI models on Intel Client platforms and competitive platforms. This involves a deep understanding of how different hardware architectures impact AI model performance and the ability to translate these findings into actionable insights.
• AI Framework Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in deploying AI frameworks such as OpenVINO, PyTorch, and Ollama. You will be responsible for ensuring these frameworks are optimized for Intel platforms, leading to superior performance compared to competitors.
• Competitive Landscape Understanding: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product roadmaps and AI software stacks of competitors. This knowledge will inform strategic decisions and help identify unique selling points for Intel platforms.
• Community Engagement and Innovation: Actively track the evolution of AI models within the community and emerging AI use cases. Proactively drive the adoption of new AI models and scenarios on Intel Client platforms, ensuring Intel stays at the forefront of AI innovation.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Software Development and Validation: Proven experience in software development and validation, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning applications.
• AI and Deep Learning Experience: Familiarity with large models and deep learning algorithms is highly desirable. This includes hands-on experience with training, optimization, and deployment of such models.
• Familiarity with AI Frameworks: Experience with mainstream AI frameworks like Pytorch and GGUF is essential.
• Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and NodeJS, especially within the Windows environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Intel CCG Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Intel CCG platforms, including an understanding of platform components, capabilities, and competitive strengths.
• Large Model Deployment Experience: Extensive experience in deploying and evaluating large models in real life use scenarios, particularly LLMs and diffusion models. This includes expertise in model optimization, testing, and analysis.
• Presentation and Reporting Skills: Exceptional presentation skills to deliver comprehensive analysis reports and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
