As part of the GTM Talent Team, you'll drive the hiring pipeline across various business and corporate teams, acting as a key partner to Hiring Managers throughout the entire process. You'll collaborate with our in-house Talent Partners and Head of Talent to shape Robin's talent acquisition strategy, including evolving our hiring best practices. You'll also play a crucial role in helping us hire world-class talent to support our ambitious vision for transforming the legal industry through AI. #LI-SA1
Partnering with Hiring Managers and the broader Talent team to own end-to-end recruitment initiatives across many of our business teams, especially our Commercial and GTM division, as well as Business Operations, Finance, HR and others
Collaborate with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to refine our recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Adopting a data-driven and metrics-focused approach to recruiting
Developing and optimising key talent pipelines, upholding high-standards and processes to ensure optimal candidate experience and efficient delivery
Taking an innovative and creative approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines; building top of funnel proactively
Working with Interviewers and our Talent team to drive efficiencies in recruiting and improving hiring processes
Approaching Recruitment with a consultative, strategic business partner mindset, forming strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
Proven experience recruiting for Commercial and GTM roles (Marketing, Sales, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, etc.) within scale-ups and fast-growing technology business
Experience hiring in the US talent market is preferable, but not essential.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage talent analytics to uncover insights and inform strategies.
Ability to source and hire exceptional candidates, creatively leveraging channels to find and engage talent proactively
Comfortable in a fast paced environment where things change and flexibility, creativity and willingness to roll up your sleeves are required
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and complex, strategic talent programs
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000
