The Role :
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for direct sourcing candidates in a variety of disciplines including engineering, automation and quality. You will be innovative, proactive and results-orientated, with an interpersonal savvy that enables you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you will manage the entire candidate process.
Responsibilities and Tasks :
- Drive a direct search and innovative sourcing model through a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, ensuring a proactive approach at all times
- Develop recruitment campaigns for roles to be filled and drive the execution of those campaigns
- Engage candidates through all available digital channels including Linked In, Dice etc
- Liaise directly with customers to fully understand their requirements and manage the customer relationship
- Provide an efficient and positive experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Network appropriately to source candidates and also deepen the understanding of the market dynamics
- Develop relationships with key candidate and specific talent pools.
- Review and continuous improvement of the recruitment process
- Deliver on KPI’s as set out by the Talent Acquisition Director
- Provide detailed analysis of recruitment stats and activities to management when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in an agency, outsourcing or staffing organisation environment
- Experience in recruiting technical profiles for the life science sector
- Expertise in using tools such as Linked In and Dice essential
- Experience in liaising directly with stakeholders both internally and externally, demonstrating strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work with initiative in a fast paced environment, delivering to timelines and customer KPI’s
